THREE CHILDREN FOUND ON A DUMPING SITE IN BRAKPAN

Three children were found at a dumping site in Brakpan. They were found by a lady working for the SPCA that usually goes there to feed wild dogs. What a shock it must have been for her to found these three small children there!
